Homemation Occupancy Driver

This driver allows for quick & easy setup of Occupancy for a room to turn lights, AV & HVAC off when there has been no movement for a defined period.

Features

• Ramp dimmers to a pre-set level on Occupancy
• Set an Occupancy Timeout of 1 minute to 1 hour
• Turn a rooms AV off when Occupancy Timeout is reached
• Control Thermostats based on Occupancy
  • This was tested & works well with the Chowmain Intesis Driver but should work with all Thermostat Drivers
• Enable or disable the Occupancy via UI Button on a Navigator
• Enable, Disable or Toggle the driver with a Keypad with LED feedback
• A separate but FREE Occupancy Controller driver to update multiple Occupancy Drivers simultaneously from programming

This driver is a simple with multiple icons to control a mirror or heated towel rail with a Relay.

• Quickly bind the Relay output to the Relay Driver you need to control
• Based on an experience button so the icon can be placed anywhere on a navigator
• Has keypad connections to control the heated towel rail
• Has a timeout so that the heated towel rail does not stay on for longer than it should

Homemation Relay Fan Speed Driver

This is used to control a fan via relays.

There are multiple versions of the driver for various speed combinations. Currently supported are:

• 1-Speed (On & Off)
• 2-Speed (High, Low, Off)
• 3-Speed (High, Medium, Low, Off)
• 4-Speed (High, Medium High, Medium Low, Low, Off)
